Welcome!
Your chosen powered speakers get you part of the way towards the ideal (active design). Active design uses one channel of power amplification per driver and a low voltage crossover for improved dynamics, frequency response, imaging, and bass performance over powered or passive speakers. Realize that powered speakers are simply passive speakers with a chosen stereo power amp installed inside. A better solution would be the $800/pair Kali IN-8, a 3-way active that uses a coincidental midrange/tweeter. The midrange driver provides a waveguide for the tweeter (for increased power/efficiency and controlled directivity for pin-point imaging). The IN-8 isn't Bluetooth, which limits ultimate fidelity anyway.
The Topping DX3 (which version?) is good, but the $470 Sabaj D5 would be a nice step up.
