This amp has been 100% reliable since I bought it. The PS caps have been changes within the last 2 years by the previous owner. There is one thing to note: There is a pop at start up. The amps soft starts and once the relay kicks in, a pop goes through the speakers. I am pretty confident it is not harmful to speakers as my wimpy power handing and small size Clearaudio monitors seem unfazed by it...I thought I read somewhere that that pop was normal for the amp due to not having any speaker protection circuit.
The amp accepts single ended or XLR inputs. I bought from Cardas new shorting pins.
