This is a 2003 Graham Slee Era Gold MK IV phono pre-amp for MM cartridges. GSP said that based on the serial number..
"The only difference between this model and the later one was the circuit board was changed to fit the new case and take a PCB mounted RCA phono socket block, as still used today. The actual circuit itself is exactly the same. We have changed the design very slightly on the current model but it is still essentially the same."
It's in great shape and plays great with my Lenco table and Grace F9 Ruby cart. I'm sure I'll miss it! Included is the upgraded power supply which sells currently for $300.
