Rope Indeed - More like a power line ;-)   Bzzzzzz! DOOH!

Thanks Me Brothers

Mike - Congrats on the New Sapp - Looks like another HIT!

My little white ones (yep, haven't made it into the finish booth yet) are currently across town in a midi rig. My friend likes the way they act. Since he'll be givin' Em Up at some point, I'm trying to pitch the new models as an interesting choice for his small studio. Did I read somewhere that you have a pair in a studio right now, and with good feedback for that purpose?

Sorry E, I missed this one. Yes, the XLs are AMAZING in studio applications. The ealiest beta pair, (completely unfinished MDF), has been in a number of studios since last fall. That generated immediate orders to buy other beta and preproduction pairs. And more studios are waiting for their XLs when the first production batch comes in. They asked for a satin black version and we will be providing that.  I specifically asked them to try to hurt them, they haven't been able. . . .

Thanks Mike

I'll pass that info on to my guy.
Satin is a must in the stuJo - I like it too!

His source equip is along the lines of Motu DA via Mac G5 (Logic Pro)
Power is either Bryston or Crown.

As for the `haven't been able' you haven't run into the right guy. Must be a calm bunch in your pond ;-)
