Started audio in 1968 wanting to become a recording engineer. Built my own Dynaco amp and tuner at 12 with a little help from dad, who was an aerospace designer. Got sidetracked into becoming a pro musician and did the Nashville thing for a decade, touring the world in my 20s. From there a computer science degree and 25 years as a consultant and programmer. Retired at 60 in sunny FL and back to playing music on the weekends for mad money.
Never lost my desire for quality audio and owned a good number of each decades favorite gear. Anything to do with technology interests me and I enjoy having the time to learn as much as I can. Photography and Videography are another passion as it all ties in with everything. I've learned to get along with less so I don't own much gear and what I do buy tends to be bang for the buck.
Looking forward to spending time here but mostly lurking. Thanks for reading!
