They are in pretty good shape. More dirty than anything in the pictures. Rubbarized top plate which measures 10" x 6.5". The bottom plates (between spikes measurement) is 9.5" x 9.5"
The top rotates for better aiming of the monitors. The stands do not come with spikes.
