Hello, new to AudioCircle and have a question about Odyssey

I actually met the energetic Klaus at 2004's NY HT Expo. He is the only person I have ever met that uses the Scorpions to demo speakers and equipment....

Anyway, anyone know if Odyssey is thinking of making any tube related gear? I saw some stuff on these forums regarding tubes and digital, and I am not interested in that for now. I just want some hardcore tube gear and if Odyssey was to make it, I would be very interested.

Finally, I am planning to go to the Montreal show, is Odyssey going to be there?

Best thing is to call Klaus to ask him......but he has been to the Montreal show before and I expect he will be back again this year.

He has mentioned tube amplifiers to me in the past, but I have no idea where he is on this project.

Best to call him 317-299-5578 now is probably a great time to do so....

I hate to call manufactures when i am not sure what i want and am not definitely in the market...

thank you for the quick response...i bet it is similar to your system with the vpms and odysses set up...those vpms awesome speed on those spearkers...very nice set up...

I almost forgot, he sells Symphonic Line gear, and they have a tube pre, the Erlechtung, and they have a tubed CDP.

is out of my price range...thats why im looking at odyssey....

if i had enough to buy that piece, i would probably go BAT....best demo i have heard was the BAT stuff

That would be the ONE thing that could get me to consider replacing my Ultraverve is if Klaus did an Odyssey "version" of the Die Erleuchtung. Mmmmm, that would be sweet!
