SALE PENDING Here we have a nicer than average ( in many ways ) Thorens TD-125 MK 1. Please see the photos for the cosmetic condition. One 1/4" nick in the wood base. The bottom cover is missing. The motor operates at all 3 speeds but it runs a tad fast. Strobe works. Suspension is in excellent condition. Paint on the plinth is in excellent condition. Platter, sub platter and bearing are excellent. Original rubber platter mat is also in excellent condition.
The armboard is cut for an SME 3009. A mostly intact 3009 is also included. It is missing the anti skate weight. The interconnect set is missing both RCA ends. The 5 pin horizontal connectors are included. The main counter weight assembly has come loose from the stub. The bearing feels correct but is not guaranteed.
Basically this is a really nice restoration candidate. This is my personal 'table. It was bought as part of a lot and it looks like I will never get around to restoring it myself.
