Nuprime Dac-10 Remote issues
«

I have a Dac-10 that sounds fantastic but the remote is kinda of a P.O.S. It only works if I Power the Dac off/on, I bought it to use the volume control but after it sits for a period time unused it quits working and only
the flip of a power switch gets it to engage.
It s the Manufacturer doing anything to correct these issues? I have read that other owners have experienced the same or similar problems with these remotes
Thank for any guidance....

If the unit is new then fill out a service ticket and get a replacement. Mine has worked flawlessly since March of 2016 and it gets used daily with the original batteries.

Is your DAC-10 in standby or mute mode? if the remote is non functional unless you have to power cycle the DAC, you should contact support with a help desk ticket. This is the first time I have heard about this problem so I don't have an answer for you.

I use both of mine daily for 3 years, w/o issues.
However, the switches are somewhat sensitive to the direction they are pressed from, imo. Your finger should be on the face with the lettering.
