This is a nicely done DIY unit (with more DIY potential) that I no longer need.
Runs quiet--no audible hum.
Measured Output Voltage: 14.98VDC unloaded. 14.75VDC at ~1/3 A, so the voltage regulation is not perfect.
Has an IEC inlet filter.
Transformer voltage is 21 VAC, so the output voltage could be converted to 12 VDC by swapping out the regulator.
