Hi Guys,

I have an old N.E.W. A20 amplifier in for repair with a local electronics technician.  He's having a problem repairing one of the channels at the moment and he's offered me a great price for building and installing a Jean Hiraga Super 30 in the amplifier.  He will use the N.E.W. chassis and transformer for the build.

Just wondering if anyone knows anything about this design and its sound quality?

Cheers Rod

If it is a no feedback SE output seems nice for a hi sensitivity speaker, sound quality depend on parts quality. There are kits in Ebay, if you are in US and founds allow ($4000) I could suggests a assembled First Watt SIT-3 or even J2.
