Second owner of this very nice DAC. Included are the installed Black & Red SR Quantum fuses (a VERY nice upgrade!), and the original remote, double box, owner’s manual, fuses and power cord (I think it’s the original, I used a different one). The only thing I can see wrong with it is a few surface scratches the PS Audio tops are notorious for. Standing back a foot they are undetectable; I tried to show them in the pix.
