Bugle-priced way to use .5mV cart?

Bugle-priced way to use .5mV cart?

Besides changing the resistors to 60dB gain? Poor mans step-up? Or should I mod the Bugle first and reserve judgement on added noise?

Bill,

Bugle pretty quiet to begin with.  Build to the gain you need.  Not sure what other mods you are interested in.
