Happy new year, everyone!

Do we have anyone willing and able to sign up to host a January get-together?  (markn, did you ever get your house straightened up? )

Keep in mind that there are still several component tours underway.  I think the following are still active:

-

JJAZ digital 1KW monoblock and 500W stereo amps and Bolder Cable IC and speaker cable pack
-AKSA 100W Nirvana Plus solid state amp
-Juicy Music Blueberry and Peach tubed pre-amps[/list:u]

Any thoughts?

But I am still looking forward to having a group at my house - Gary and I even talked about setting up the Epiphany 20/21's at my house!

Also, I would love to hear the AKSA amps...

No problem... hopefully someone else will be able to host.

That will take a few extra muscles!  If you decide to move them and come up with a specific date, make a post.  I know I'd be happy to help if I'm available.

Also, I would love to hear the AKSA amps...

If you want to pursue them, I would recommend getting your name put on the list ASAP so that shipping can be coordinated.  It might be interesting to try and get some of the other touring amps at the same jam, although the timing might be a challenge.  I'm sure that people would be willing to chip in for shipping.  Call it a cover charge for your hosted jam!

I believe a gentleman in Aggieland has offered to bring the AKSA amp to the DFW area for a group audition.  Sounds like a fabulous idea.  Any takers?

Just a note: Having Clint (in Aggieland) drive the amp up here is going to restrict the host to a particular weekend, as we can not hold up the AKSA tour.  It also means that Clint would probably have to shorten his audition, and we don't want that to happen unless he has already made all of his impressions.  It might simply be easier to add our names to the end of the AKSA tour list and wait our turn.  If Clint is sure he is willing to shorten his audition and the timing can be worked out, however, great!

As an FYI, its questionable as to whether the Aksa N+ touring amp will make it to Texas prior to Febuary.....
