Recording engineer, Geoff Emerick is dead at 72. He recorded many sensational records, including Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band, and had a career lasting nearly 60 years, starting at EMI at the age of 15.

Sad news... A large part of my music collection has his name attached to it. 60 years in the music industry! What a fantastic life he lived!
