Clari-T-Amps are here!

All,

The first batch of Clari-T-Amps (Rev 1.0) are now completed and ready for sale!   8)   Thank you for your patience.

I have sent out emails to those on the waiting list, but there may be cancellations for this batch so please let me know if you are interested.

FREE OPTIONS:

--> You have the option of buying this amp with or without the built in volume control.  If you purchase it without the volume control, the RCA jacks are wired directly to the amplifier board’s input and you will need your own preamp for volume control.  Please specify which option you prefer.

--> I also have the same knob shown on the webpage, but in black anodize finish (with a white dot to indicate volume position) instead of the aluminum colored knob (with a black dot to indicate volume position).  Many customers mentioned to me that they would prefer the black knob because it is a better match with the enclosure.  Please specify which option you prefer.

Please visit www.geocities.com/vinnie822 (this is a temporary website, with a new one to follow shortly) for more information.

Regards,

Vinnie Rossi

I'm chiming in on reminders of how good the Clari-T amp is. I just picked up Willie Nelson's latest CD, "It Always Will Be".  The amp is starting to sound thunderous on my little Omega Grande 8Rs. I have had it for about 7 weeks so I have maybe 200 hours on it.

I first listened to the CD on my big rig which has VMPS RM40s biamped by the Bolder modified Panasonic XR45.  The sound there is just huge. I was expecting a refined slight sound on the Clari-T system in comparison. But I am flabbergasted at the size of the soundstage and the depth and drive of Nelson's well recorded voice. Plus the sense of being on stage as opposed to being in the third row is still there.

The only reservation, such as it is, is that the Clari-T system is a bedroom system (12'x15'x8') so I haven't heard it in a big room. Can't tell how well it would do in big surroundings.

With the right speakers, I don't see how one good fail to love this amp.
