Hello :-)

I usually use the "The Phantom of the Opera". from A. L. Webber.
Another one that is very good is the "Loreena McKinnet Live in Toronto and Paris".

Cheers

I have a couple of high quality live orchestral recording made with a pair of Schoeps KMF6 microphone only, placed in the 10th row in the AUDIENCE - not above the head of the conductor. A sure way to ruin every preconception about imaging

Can you hear anyone snoring on the recording?

No :) , but you can definitely distinguish what is happening on or off stage or in the audience. And with the right system it is as realistic as it can be.

But if you want to check the snoring, just come over :D

If your're looking for something to purchase as reference try the link below. It comes with liner notes that describe what you "should" be hearing if your system is set up properly. Worked wonders for me when I was a newb and I still use it as reference when I make changes to my system today.
