I built the integrated version of this amp back in 2010, a pseudo kit from Min,  and it is really a great amp. I still use it in my main system every day, hasn't been out in years. Looks like you upgraded the output iron, too.
As for Min, rewind back a few years and he was building a lot of great amps as you can see if you look through his pages. He does great work. There is a page on his site similar to the one you linked that shows my build.
The price is very reasonable IMO.

I have one of Min's 2A3 amps, also a Western Electric Model 91A design except that it uses James transformers.
Fantastic build and sound quality. You can't go wrong.
