Greetings from Finland
« on: 6 Mar 2018, 08:59 pm »
Hi to you all!

At first apologies, English is not my mother language.

I have been doing this audiophile hobby for few years.
In this time i have talked and researched a lot of.

My signal path is following
Cambridge audio CXN (playing from a NAS server) ->
Toslink to Dspeaker Antimode 2.0 room correction ->
Kimber cable Hero balanced XLR ->
B&O DIY ICEPOWER 1000ASP monoblocks ->
Chord Odyssey biwire ->
Speakers Mark&Daniel Maximus monitor.

Listenin room is 15m2 and acoustic elements hanging on the wall and corners.
I have UMIK and REW to making measurements of the room behaviouring.

This could be my first post and hopefully you can give me a full access to send
messages as soon as possible

Where do you live in Finland?  i was there for work and thought the country was quite beautiful.  Parts of it reminded me of New England, where I live.

Warm welcomes.

I spent 5 weeks there in summer of 1974 (after high school) on a cultural exchange program, living with a farm family.  It was a wonderful, eye opening experience.  We also briefly traveled to Lapland, Norway, and Sweden.  Two years later their daughter stayed a year with my parents as an exchange student and several years later my folks visited her family.  I'm from Michigan (lots of Finns settled in our Upper Peninsula that has similar climate and scenery.

See you have a couple of Scandinavian pieces (I also own a DSPeaker Anti-Mode 2.0 Dual Core that I fully use as DAC, preamp, and DSP).
