Hey all, just about to pull the trigger on a new (to me )table.
think its narrowed down to an AR ES-1 (audiogon) and a thorens TD 150 (ebay ending in 2'ish hours.
Both are in pretty good shape both cosmetically and functionally, both arms would have to go though (not a big deal, i have an arm i want to use already).
which is a better buy assuming they are both in good shape. I want to do some tweaking such as damping and rewiring and simple fun stuff like that to get teh most from whichever i chose.
