As new with box. (Would make a great gift as packed as new) Purchased a couple months ago. This is a great headphone amp with a great DAC and also a pre-amp if you need it. Great reviews and plenty of info on web. Comes with USB cable+pwr. cord- everything you need. I have since purchased a pre-amp w/ headphone outlet.
