Please help ID these capacitors...

Please help ID these capacitors...

Just bought a Bedini 25/25 and it has two caps in parallel placed in series on the RCA hot input. Photos are attached. One is values at 0.01 600v and the other at 0.015 100v (I assume uF?).

Input impedance is 50 kohms. Can someone tell me what the effective (summed) value of these two capacitors are? I want to confirm that the Xover frequency is 100hz.
