JFET moving coil phono preamplifier , built into a Hammond case. Selection to bypass input , side power switch and internal capacity for 2 x 9V batteries for an 18V DC supply.
I added a bypass switch on the front to make it easier if you only have a single RCA input for the preamp (as I do)

I thought that I would use this more but it was sat unused for several months, the straight USB version would have been much more useful to me. Will sell for $250 . Comes with TRRS adapters for 3 pin XLR and 4-pin headphone XLR adapter.
