Is there anyone here who has tried using passive preamp with Bryston power amplifier?
Sold both my McIntosh C2300 and McIntosh MC302 power amplifier.
I had some debts I paid off in full ( credit card ) and purchased power amplifier with cash left over. Ordered Schiit SYS passive preamp for now until I can afford replacement for McIntosh C2300.
Will use 29db gain setting.
Hope sound quality will still be good. Using Rega Dac as source from J River Media Center / Tidal optical connection from custom built pc using ssd drives.
