ike new Synology DS214 NAS with 2x 4TB drives. Drives are enterprise class WD red 4tb drives rated for 24/7 operations with just over 7000 hours of use (10 months). Enclosure looks new and has original plastic wrap still on them and comes in the original box with most 'additional items' still in thier opened plastic bags. Drives have been secure erased twice and have been re-setup so they are ready to go (took me several days initially to get the system set up). I replaced it with the 216 model and found out they have the exact same access speed is basically the same exact thing. Originally paid around $700 off amazon and the replacement was around $1000 (with 8tb drives though).
This can run an iTunes server and a media server and a music server and a video server and control web cams and run an email server etc etc etc all at the same time. Currently set up for RAID 1.
