Very sad to see this go but life happens so selling my Bent Audio TAP-X slagle autoformer preamplifier designed and built by John Chapman. This is a gold standard passive preamplifier with six rca inputs, tape output, sub output as well as a 100% passive main output. Comes with a remote, 9v PSU, and 4 Herbie's tenderfoot feet (tenderfeet?). This is a factory made unit, not a kit. Other features include switchable buffer stage, home theater bypass, continuous 1db level steps from -52db to +7db -full details of features can be found in the owner's manual available for download at
www.bentaudio.com/dlfiles/tapx-r1.pdf. I would rate the unit as 9/10 because I can't find anything wrong with it. John Chapman also provides excellent support if necessary and is actively involved with producing autoformer units for Vinnie Rossi's LIO preamps. I'm asking $1,500.00 shipped CONUS.
