Up for sale is Empirical Audio Overdrive SE USB DAC.
The DAC was used very carefully and still is in its excellent condition.
It comes with the basic settings with no additional upgrades but the SQ is more than amazing.
Please note that the dac was purchased as a demo model that comes in slight different casings, but the sound quality and all the functions are same as the original ones.
A great bargain.

I would like to add that anyone who is considering this unit to ask Steve Nugent the upgrade cost to the Diamond SX.  If you keep the same face plate, the price is very reasonable.  I paid 13K for my Diamond SX with ethernet input and it has best many dacs out there.  With updates I estimate a 60% savings.  Unlike many high end dacs that can be deep discounted by dealers, Empirical is only retail.
