Hello All and happy holidays

I have a set of rokit powered speakers i use for basement duty.  For reasons not worth going into i would like to use two sources.  While this speaker has TS, unbalanced RCA and balanced input, the manual says not they are wired so AS NOT to use multiple devices at the same time (series? )

If i  want to use a turntable and ipad/dac> rca what would you all recommend as a switching device.  Since the gain on my phono pre is a bit high my first guess would be to try something like a passive preamp such as Chanel islands or axiom -which i beleive has a "volume" control.

Finally, guess for a low cocst approach i could consider one of the low end pro audio "mixer devices"....

Any other suggestions.  I also have an old russound passive rca switching box around and that might work, but would appreciate any suggestions or opinions  sonically or ergonomically speaking.

+1 to the Schiit SYS.  I have used one for several years & am very satisfied.

I also just purchased the new Schiit Saga pre.  Can be used passive (64 step relay switched attenuator) or w/ its tube buffer.  Five inputs and two outputs. $349

Cheers, Jim
