I asked Brian if the new two-piece plate was for ease of servicing but his answer was far more intriguing than I expected.  Brian let us know they had an additional feature in mind for the Cubed Series, which wasn’t yet ready, so as a future proofing measure they added the insert plate for easy access.  I blurted out – is it for power meters?  All I got was wide eyes and a smirk...

Uhm... Where all friends here... We can keep secrets!!!  :green:

on our way out got a friendly visit from Bryston’s adopted mascot, the neighbourhood groundhog, named Charlie

Why doesn't this guy have a Facebook page???

Wonderful article, and well deserved, James! A major factor in my purchases of Bryston gear (SP3, BDP2, BDA2, 2 - 4BSSTC, 6BSSTC) is the integrity of the company, not just in support of the customer, but in performance first (unlike other companies where design trumps functionality).

Can't wait for those power meters! I think I need a couple implanted in my forehead.

Hello James

That's a wonderful article. Do say hi to everyone please. I know that sounds silly but I do mean it. Those at Axiom as well.  ;)

A friend was over and brought his drive. Had some nice "massaging" abilities, but nothing like your new active system. It even had some great concerts on it. A much better sound card than mine though. lol    :(
Man alive !!!  Clean. Nice !!!    :)

I haven't any new concerts to boast about but suffice to say we put the Bryston System to work. Big grins.
I do hope Axiom gets the praise delivered from your very happy customers. I'm sure they do. If not please pass on mine to all at Bryston Ltd as well as Axiom. I love my 4BSST2, BP6, and the A1's as much as the day I purchased them and anxiously awaited their arrival and setup. And hitting the power switches, well, always a treat. I go out to the country and visit my stepfather and I crank up the my vintage 4B (completely gone over and updated by Bryston Ltd) and Klipsch RP280F's. I always find myself loving any great sound, but it doesn't take long for me to miss the A1's, 4BSST2, BP-6.

Great tunes today though as usual. Great day to dust off the drivers. lol...

Sincerely
Kenneth B Veitch
