Up for sale are pristine Grado RS2e Reference Series Open-Back Headphones (S/N# 10608). These are very like the RS2i but look slightly better with a lighter wood color. The ear cups are made from a beautiful mahogany wood. The ‘e’ model has new damping treatments that Grado says better control and dissipate resonances. Grado truly does shine in terms of form as these are very attractive.The RS2e utilizes 44mm drivers and an 8-conductor cable terminating to 3.5mm.
