This is a Class A amp using push-pull topology, with two VFETs per channel.  A rare beast with NOS static induction transistors from the late 70s.  Sony VFET SITS have linear amplification qualities like vacuum tube triodes.

I'm building one of these now with one VFET per channel, so I'm a believer.

One day left in the auction!

Oh nice amp, not exactly affordable at 2810USD for Stereo 20W, but seems reliable as other Nelson stuff.
