WTB: GR Research Suoer-Vs
« on: 8 Sep 2016, 01:20 am »
Hey guys

I love my current speakers but they are huge.  So, now investigating my options.  I've always been curious about the Super-Vs and think they would do well for me.

I'm in NYC.

Thanks for looking!

You may also want to consider Danny's newest project which are significantly better than the Super-V in most ways, and in many ways better than his old top of the line speaker the Super-7:

Thanks.  Oh yeah, there are a lot of options outside of the Super Vs if I wanted to go new.  Just thinking about used Super Vs as being pretty ideal price (hopefully) / performance-wise.

Assuming a used Super-V is around $3k, there's actually one option I'd place above that at pretty close to the same price
MTM section a bit under $1000, H-Frame subs about $2400, assembly required:

Well, you missed the deal of a lifetime on the GR Research circle, someone sold a pair for $1200.00. I paid more than that for the kit. They are really good speakers and I don't think anything can do the bass as well. Good luck, they do come up fairly often if you are watching for them.

Jim,
I'm selling my Super Vs if you're still looking. I'm in Dayton Ohio but perhaps we could work something out.
