This was my main dac and preamp for nearly a year.Sounds great but just picked up a Berkeley Alpha dac.I only use my dac for pcm/redbook play and while the Young does that very well the Berkeley just edges it out but at a cost.
The addition of the MCRU linear power supply makes an already excellent sounding dac into a wonderful sounding one.Both units are in nearly new condition.
