Certainly bizarre looking - and to me, really ugly.

For me it's not ugly and it's not a beauty, only futuristic...

From the article:If you had any thought that this would be hitting the production line, well, you might be as insane as the man who designed it. Though the 103EX will never be a facet of the Rolls-Royce lineup, it’s the first major step in the marque’s march towards the future…finally.

That stated, it's UGLY!

I like the idea of autonomous vehicles.  Would relieve congestion, and reduce traffic fatalities....  Could you imagine a major intersection with NO traffic controls (lights) and vehicles zooming through at speed, and never an accident........

It has a really 30's feel to it for me.  Perhaps 2030 will be the right time!

On the other hand, some transportation analysts think they'll very possibly increase congestion. Imagine every old timer that had to give up their independence suddenly being able to have access to autonomous vehicles. Imagine every mom suddenly being able to send an autonomous vehicle to pick up the kids from school. Imagine grocery stores and pharmacies with a new marketing niche: meeting unoccupied autonomous vehicles curbside to pick up remote orders. There are lots of scenarios where people would have reasons to send autonomous vehicles on missions unaccompanied by the owner.

These eccentricities have no practical feasibility to run in a city.

Rolls-Royce with power, lots of power.

I've seen lot's of cars with big superchargers poking up through the hood - mostly Chevys and Fords - but this 1970 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow is one of the more visually interesting with its contrast of old money stately opulence and street rod beast.

1350HP 572 cu. in. (9.3 liter) fuel-injected supercharged Chrysler Hemi V8 with nitrous injection and air suspension.

Here's an uncropped photo and you can see the air suspension has brought this baby down LOW.
