I'm just about done with my diy sub, I need some advise on lining the inside walls with dampening material. I have seen egg crate foam and also some poly fill at parts express not sure if to use both or how much thanks.

Sealed or ported? If sealed, Vance Dickason, (Loadspeaker Design Cookbook), recommends 100% fill with r19 fiberglass. His plotted graphs indicate fiberglass to be superior to foam no matter what percent of fill.
