Reluctantly selling my Job 225 amp - it's by far the best sounding solid state power amp I've ever owned (Levinson, Pass Labs, etc), but I'm moving out of the country so am selling off my system - Modwright Preamp, Chord DAC, Wilson Speakers. I've enjoyed my time with the JOB 225 immensely and don't know of a another solid state power amp that plays better at anywhere close to the JOB's price tag. It's truly one of the rare bargains in high end audio today.

I'll spare the raves here, as there are many, MANY reviews online that you can find if you're unfamiliar with this magnificent piece - Srajan in particular did a fantastic 'Job' capturing the essence of the 225 in his review on 6moons. Definitely worth a read (or three or four - his prose tends to be 'rich') if you're considering a 225.  It remains in his system as one of his reference amps.  Here... http://www.6moons.com/audioreviews/job/1.html

The Job 225 is truly a world class giant killer amp, which should not come as a surprise given it's Goldmund pedigree - the Goldmund branded equivalent runs $15k. It is the latest version - no hum or grounding issues here - and is in excellent condition.

The amp ($1,699) will come with an AudioMagic Nano Liquid Super Fuse ($105) installed as well as the Job Sweetcord ($299). The upgraded fuse and Job Sweetcord resulted in a significant improvement in the performance of an already stellar amp. Absolutely no functional issues whatsoever and excellent cosmetics - rated a conservative 8 but really close to a 9.

Total new price of this kit is $2,100 - I'm asking $1,275. Amp will ship in the original double box for safe transit.

I've gotten a few requests to separate the amp and SweetCord, and while that would likely net more $$ back to me, I'm going to keep them together.  The amp really does benefit from the Job cord, and I'd like the next owner to have the best experience possible with the amp.
