SOLD my NAD M51, I am the original owner.  I purchased this in Dec 2013, it was my introduction to computer audio.  I have the original box and remote control.  Firmware is the favorite 1.39.  If needed I believe I can also supply on a usb drive firmware 1.41 and 1.43.  Condition is excellent with no visible marks that I can see on the top, front or side panels.  It came into my system and has been in my rack since day 1.  ASKING PRICE $999, I will pick up paypal fees and pay Conti USA Shipping, ground.  If you want insurance, and you do, thats on you

I had this dac sounding just excellent in my system and up sampled all music to 24/176 or 24/192 depending on which filter I used in HQPlayer.  I have purchased a dac that can up sample or play DSD so I no longer have need for this Dac.  Perhaps its most versatile use would be a perfect partner in a 2.0 audio/video set up as it has HDMI in and HDMI pass thru out.

Dac is located in E. Tennessee if you want to hear how wonderful this dac can sound I would welcome any visitors.  Combined with an AQ jitterbug and up tone regen the sound became really special.

Thanks guys, yes I agree whole heartedly this dac is excellent.  I just wanted to add I have a 100% rating on both audiogon and ebay.  My handle on Agon is quadman and on ebay ilovetubes.

The sonics of this DAC was preferred by both my wife and myself  to two different very highly reviewed $9k dacs. And then when you consider the functionality that this DAC offers versus most, this is one heck of a deal.

I own one of these.  I intend to be buried with mine.
This ie a smokin' deal on what I feel is an underated gem.

It's the first digital preamp (let alone DAC) that neatly compliments my DHT amps.

Somebody will snap up this bargain.

Another nice feature of this DAC is the design of its volume control if you're using it to directly drive an amp. Being a 35 bit implementation it does not lose resolution at lower settings as more common digital volume controls do.
