Season 4 of girls  starts with episode 03. Wtf!!
Another show I wanted to start  Togetherness also missing the first two episodes of season 1.
Is there anything I can do ?

Yes there is but this might depend on who you provider is.  I too have noticed that the TV/Box On Demand choices for me and Comcast have slimmed down if not just plain gone away.

I just checked the HBO Go app on my smart phone (Dumb Operator) and Girls shows 5 seasons with 10 episodes.   HBO GO is a Chromecast app also.

I also have noticed for a few years that there are viewing differences from the TV/Box or the web portal and that is for Comcast.
