I will support this but if the house is worth $9M,why not just sell it to finance the archiving project? You could fund the project and a facility to carry out the work in. Both FZ and his wife Gail (who ran what they called the "cottage industry" for 20 years after his passing) were savvy, successful businesspeople who seemingly could have left enough of a nest egg in the Zappa Family Trust that this should be possible. I realize $3M isn't pocket change for almost anybody, but seems like even if the $9M factors in the memorabilia, and they are selling it anyway, do it that way. But WTF do I know.
