Item for sale - but I cannot message user

I found this site by googling a subwoofer I'm interested in buying and this site, along with the post, popped up.  I am now a member, but it will not let me message the user who posted the item for sale.

The help says I need to post a few things first before I'm allowed to message users?  Please help.

Simple. 

Post to the seller's FS thread stating your interest, and include your contact info -- phone number and / or email.  Let him contact you.
