Using BOT-1 To Write To Subdirectories On An SSD

I have created several sub-directories (Jazz, Blues, etc) on my SSD which I have named Music_1.  I am using the BOT-1 to Backup to the Jazz sub-directory.  In the Destination Tab I have /media/Music_1/Jazz.  However the BOT-1 backs up the CD to /media/Music_1 instead of /media/Music_1/Jazz.  What am I doing wrong?  Please help.  Thanks.
