Marchand Electronics 2 Way Variable Frequency Active Crossover

July 21 - removing listing.  I may end up keeping it or will relist in a few weeks.

Reducing price to $699 plus actual insured shipping cost and paypal fee if used.  I will also take USPS Money Order with no delay in shipping if the post office cashes it on presentation (they should).  Good feed back on audiogon - score of 51 / 100% (zekeb) and ebay - 301 transactions / 100% (zekeblue).

Feel free to PM for these photos in larger format.  You can also see stock photos on the Marchand site.

Shipping dimensions:  21" x 18" x 7", 15 lbs.  Ships from 99509.

Original owner.  Like new.  Received from Marchand directly in late May 2015.  Unfortunately, I will be needing a three way crossover and have to let this go.  If you are interested in one of his crossovers, here is a chance to get one virtually new at a discount.

The XM-66 is a fairly new model and his first to have dynamically adjustable crossover point with an LED readout of the setting.  Sits in line between preamp and amplifiers.  Excellent components including stepped attenuators.  Here is the link to the Marchand product page: http://marchandelec.com/xm66.html.  You can also read the manual at his site.

Crossover is 4th order or 24db roll off per octave.  This is the preferred Linkwitz-Riley configuration that keeps perfect phase between drivers and flat response at crossover point.  Zero gain/loss at center attenuator position.  -5 to +5 db range for balancing gain between amplifiers.  Subwoofer summing switch if using a single sub.  Phase switch.  Damping control of +/- 5db at crossover point.  Low cut switch if using only as high pass filter.  120 / 240 volt switch.

No, I've kept it.  I had both XM66 two way and XM9 three way.  I ended up selling the XM9.
