This Blue Point #2 came with my new turntable. I've used it about 15 hours. It's easy to hear why this cartridge has gotten so much great press. It features an alloy cantilever, healthy 2.5 mv output, elliptical stylus, good resolution and nice sound on the warm side of neutral, not the thin, analytical, overly etched that some have. Easy to set up.
I do prefer my LO Denon DL 303 so the BP will have to go. I also have a Sumiko SHO and new Shure so it's time to thin the herd. This guy is just sitting here collecting dust.
New they're $450, retip is $300. This as new one is $225 including PP and CONUS shipping. Does not have any retail packaging but does have the mounting screws.
