6H23P-EB tubes

Hello, is there anything better for same price or cheaper? Or anything better for little more price but 2x more performance etc? It's going with Musical Fidelity X-CAN V3...

These are fairly close equivalents: 6DJ8, 6N11, 6N11J, 6N23P, 6N23P-EV, 6922, 7308, E88CC, ECC88.  Although some of these are more expensive you may find some bargains.  If you are a yard saler keep your eyes open for tubes still in old equipment.
