(2x) pair 3' Quatro Reference ICs, $125/pr, w/WBT-0144 connectors

Made in Germany. All in excellent condition.

Are the Quatro Reference bi-wire speaker cables not shown in the picture?

I may not be understanding, but thought they would have 2 connections on the speaker end for 1 on the amp side.

Those are double run bi-wire cables, which is preferable.  Two separate cables for each channel with two terminations on the amp side and four on the speaker side for each.
