Unfortunately probably not but if you subscribe to Metal ethics then your therapy should be group therapy. Don't know headbangers at all but from the article they sound like quite the happy bunch. And it occurs to me that repeatedly thrashing the head up and down, north and south if you will, is actually a 'say yes' positive statement as opposed to shaking the head left and right in what would be seen as a 'say no' motion, which of course would be negative expression. Now that I think about it, I've always thought that AC-er milford3 seemed suspiciously overly happy.
