I have lot of 100 x NOS Reflector 6P14P-EV/7189/6BQ5/EL84M tubes - Gold & Platinum Grid.
E = Extended or long life (>5,000 hours)
V = Mechanically ruggedized for low microphonics and reliability
It is a military build that meets or exceeds the 7189 specifications.

Production date – 1980 by Reflector Corporation (Saratov, USSR). OTK mark for test passed! Same as here http://www.thetubestore.com/Tubes/EL84-6BQ5-Tube-Types/Preferred-Series-7189-Premium-EL84
Used in output stages of low frequency amplifiers.
