Modwright XA-5400ES Ultimate Truth Mods with Extra's ($2600)
I have been a Modwright fan for many years and have spent countless hours optimizing my CDP for optimal sound quality based on the great recommendations people have made in these forums. I now unfortunately need to sell the XA-5400ES with the optimizations and extra's.
Extras are -
Power Supply has a hole in it so you can put larger rectifier tubes like the 5U4GB.

Modwright Truth Umbilical Cord (.5 meters), also have original which is a meter
(2) 6SN7 - Sophia Electric tubes Grade A (recommended by Dan Wright)
(1) Rectifier - Genelax Gold Lion U77/GZ34 (very articulate, natural sounding)
(1) Rectifier - Tungsol 5U4GB black plate (very rich and full sounding)
(4) Herbie tube dampers - 2 for the Sophia's, 1 for the Gold Lion, 1 for the 5U4GB
I am the original owner. I have invoices for the Modwright and the Sophia tubes if you are interested.
