Hi,
nice kit(s), nice design, good looking, lots of flexibility to tune it to your liking,
but I think the price is a little high for a kit.
Maybe I'm wrong ???

The prices are not out of line IMO,  it might appears so based on what complete  entry level TT's ARE GOING FOR today ,  the key is what does it cost to better the DIY performance and anyway DIY  Is about rolling your own not necessarily to save cash, no one factors in their time when building .....

You would have to almost get kit 4 or 5 and kit 5 is $1650. You could get the Marantz table made by Clear Audio for less. You could get the new Pioneer PLX-1000 direct drive table for more then half the cost.

Agree , the VPI is also cheaper , Better ..... ? If it betters those then its good value......
