Khartago dimensions

from HK website khartago's dim. is 19" X 13" X 4"

is this measured from the front panel or just the chassis itself, i need the exact dimensions w/o the front panel

The Face Plate is 18" wide with the body of the Amp being 16" wide.

I believe the 4 1/4" High and I'm not sure on the depth but 13" does not sound right.  I might be closer to 16".

The face plate is about 1/2" thick.
